NextGen SmartyPants offers multiple payment plan options to help make registering for our programs easier and more affordable for families:

Single-Semester Registration Single-Semester Registration is the traditional pay-as-you-go option.
How it works Single-Semester Registration for all programs is available to everyone after the end of the Priority Registration Period
Students are welcome to begin learning with us at any time, including after the Semester has already started! Tuition for all programs are automatically pro-rated by our registration system
One-day Drop-In Registrations are available on the day-of any program for any seats that remain available at the time

The Monthly Membership Plan provides families the option to spread out Single-Semester tuition payments into a monthly basis.
How it works Families can Start their Monthly Membership Plan at any time of the year. The same monthly rate continues for 12-months from the start date of your plan
Payments are charged 1-month ahead. This means that the first payment will be for 2-months - the first month and 30-days ahead for the next month.
Families can Stop their Monthly Membership Plan at any time. Just let us know at least 30-days ahead before the next payment. There are no fees or charges to cancel your Monthly Membership Plan.
During the Summer months, you can pause your plan or use your Monthly Membership Rate as a credit toward any week-long Summer Camp
How much does it cost? Payments for our 3-month long Single-Semesters are spread out into (3) equal monthly payments. There are no additional fees or charges for this benefit.
1-hour programs for Students in Grades K-6 are just $166 per month. 1.5-hour lab programs for Grades 7-12 are $199 per month.
There are no refunds or credits issued with the Monthly plan. Your child is encouraged to use your Membership fully each week
Are there any other benefits? Many NextGen SmartyPants programs become booked quickly! Membership families also receive Priority Registration
Priority Registration gives families the greatest opportunity to register for the program of their choice, at the day and times that fit their schedules best
Priority Registration ends 4-weeks prior to the beginning of the upcoming Semester. After this date, the ability to register opens up to everyone, so please be sure to select your preferred program early!
If no course is selected, Membership Students are automatically pre-registered for the next course held at the same day and time.

The Annual Membership Plan provides your family a significant cost savings, automatic pre-registration. and a holistic understanding of how different STEAM technologies work together
How it works The annual tuition is paid in full, once every 12-months. You'll receive a discount of up to $240 off the regular tuition
Families can Start their Annual Membership Plan at any time during the year. You can renew your Annual Membership every year on the 12-month anniversary of your start date
Families can Stop their Annual Membership Plan, with a 30-day advanced notice prior to the 12-month anniversary of their renewal date
How much does it cost? Students can register for any In-Studio Class, held once per week, for an entire year:
Students in Grades K-6 receive 1-hour Classes, once per week for $1788. This represents a savings of $200 over the per-Semester tuition cost Students in Grades 7-12 receive 1.5-hour Lab Classes once per week for $2148. This represents a savings of $240 over the per-Semester tuition cost What happens during school recesses? Your annual tuition includes In-Studio Classes held once per week throughout the academic year.
The Annual Membership Plan does not include educational programs during the following:
Observed federal holidays of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day Week-long school recesses during Winter Break at the end of December or Spring Break during mid-April The Annual Membership Plan does include educational programs held during the following:
All other observed federal holidays All other school holidays Teacher professional education days School early-release days Local governments may mandate closures; but otherwise, NextGen SmartyPants' programs are expected to be available during School Snow Days. As always, please use your judgment when traveling on these days.

Mid-Year Cancellation: The Annual Membership Plan renews annually and includes significant priority benefits and tuition cost reducations.
Cancelling your Annual Membership will remove these benefits and any cost savings will be reapplied
Plans will be converted to the Monthly Membership Plan. Tuition costs will be recalculated to the beginning of your annual renewal date and charged to your balance
A fee equivalent to one-month of the plan will be charge to make this conversion, and any remaining balance will be returned to you
