All programs are held at our Maker Studio located at The Shops at Farmington Valley in Canton, CT, but we may also be able to bring our STEAM classes to your school depending on location.

At NextGen SmartyPants, we offer creative programs that build a positive attitude around collaboration and creativity. With hands-on activities, working and brainstorming in groups, and independence, students are able to learn necessary technology skills through fun and exciting projects. Our classes are available for both children and adults.

Our team of passionate engineers, teachers and parents aim to make our students feel comfortable with learning new subjects and solving problems. We offer our students the needed foundation to explore, grow and gain confidence at their own pace.

STEM/STEAM CLASSES

NextGen SmartyPants serving Windsor Locks has created a fun learning environment with an engaging curriculum that offers your child the ability to learn in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. We also offer courses designed for adults as well as classes for preschoolers. Our after-school classes are fun weekly, STEAM education classes serving at Windsor Locks CT schools and even at our studio. Some classes that we offer involve 3D printing, circuits, coding, engineering, LEGO building, personal finance, robotics and more.

STEM/STEAM CAMPS

STEAM Camps from NextGen SmartyPants can offer Windsor Locks children who may not be as stimulated playing video games at home a chance to explore a new field with several other students over the summer. We strive to make our program as engaging and as fun as possible, with several subjects like LEGO building, robotics, coding and engineering offered through our business. The age groups that your child will interact with is based on the skill they have at the time, with Junior (ages 4-7) and Beginner (7+) for littler students while Intermediate (10+) and Advanced (13+) are meant for older kids.
